Nikwax Fabric & Leather Proof is easy and quick to apply; simply spray or sponge it onto wet boots. This product provides highly Durable Water Repellency (DWR) that develops as it air dries. It leaves a flexible water repellent treatment on individual fibres of both fabric and leather. This ensures that moisture vapour can pass through, maintaining breathability and keeping your feet dry. Specifically designed and optimised for fabric and leather combination footwear, this is an essential treatment for your outdoor gear. Recommended for Gore-Tex® and eVent®, BDRY ® and all other waterproof combination footwear
Application Steps:
- Prepare your footwear: Brush off dirt with a damp cloth and clean using Nikwax Footwear Cleaning Gel.
- Shake well: Before use, shake the product thoroughly and press the sponge applicator to break the seal.
- Apply generously: Use on wet footwear. Either Spray-On (from a distance of 5cm) or Sponge-On.
- Remove excess: After 2 minutes, wipe off any surplus with a cloth and allow the footwear to dry before use.
Note: Light or coloured fabric and/or leather may darken after treatment. Always test on a hidden area first.
