Simply place one of the BBQ Mats on top of the BBQ Grid when you’re ready to start cooking, then add your food. Any fat and burnt bits will stay safely on top rather than dripping down, reducing fat flare-ups and preventing marinades from caramelising themselves to your grid. Once you’ve finished cooking, simply remove the BBQ Mat, wash it in warm soapy water, and any burnt-on food or fat will slide off with ease.
