Simply place one of the BBQ Mats on top of the BBQ Grid when youre ready to start cooking, then add your food. Any fat and burnt bits will stay safely on top rather than dripping down, reducing fat flare-ups and marinades caramelising themselves to your grid. Once youve finished cooking simply remove the BBQ Mat, wash in warm soapy water and any burnt-on food or fat will slide off with ease.
