The HeatStone is designed for use in the Heat2Eat Self-Steamer, ensuring a piping hot meal within 15-30 minutes. Here’s how it works:
- Pour 200ml water into the Self-Steamer’s base.
- Remove the HeatStone from its plastic packet.
- Submerge the HeatStone into the water to start the steaming process.
- Add your food into the Steaming tray.
- Put the lid on and wait for the magic to happen.
Important details to note:
- The HeatStone must be replaced after each use.
- Dispose of the HeatStone in the normal rubbish bin once it has been spent and cooled down.
- The 80g HeatStones are compatible with the small Self-Steamer range.

- Heater Pad inside: Aluminium powder, sodium chloride, and calcium oxide.
